Awesome!

WATUP!
I looove it broseph, it was incredibly animated. Your hard work really paid off.
I totally watched it with the lights dimmed. It was all the more artfully fulfilling.
The achromatic colour scale made me a little sad for the baby that you voice acted for, but it worked immensely.

So beautiful.

I weep whenever your animation graces its presence on my screen accompanied soon with my laughter.
Chris, your moving pictures are the epitome of modern greatness.
Well done.

Bitch, I love you.

Oney responds:

right back atcha ;)

Nice.

I liked the reference and the overall art was awesome. Looks like you have tweens and blurs down pat.

I'd really like to see an actual flash from you, lady. I'm seeing all these little short projects and I want to see you jump right into the skillet and get cooking on something a little more magical. I love all your art and I think it's fantastic and I'd love to see that fantastic art become even more awesome flash animation. I'd be stoked if a fellow lady, from Canada no less, could plow through the male population on this website.
I'll be trying too. Heh.

HOLLA', SISTA <3

Good to hear from a fellow female canadian newgrounder! :D
Thanks a bunch for the words of encouragement. I've really been itching to delve into a full-length flash, to be honest.. But I haven't felt comfortable enough with flash quite yet. My little sister, however, is kicking my ass with that. I'm still kind of in the tinkering stages. With that said though, I keep getting ideas for animations by the truckload!! D:>

Thanks again, and God-speed taking this sausage-fest by storm! :D

Everyone loves a beard.

That was hilarious. I loved the animation and how unique it was. The morphing and random limb growing was especially a really awesome aspect of it. That ending killed me. Now, you have to become a regular on Newgrounds and make a zillion of these.
Awesome job!

Jaime-R responds:

Thanks, yo! :D I'm already working on a few follow-ups, so stay tuned.

Well, it's about damn time this came out. I remember you wanted it to come out last year so bad. I'm glad you decided to wait until this year though because I can tell you thought some of the things through after the initial creation.
I loved the textures in it and most of the animation.
However, I felt the first half was a lot stronger than the second half. Even though you did leave it until this year, I felt some of the scenes in the second half appeared rushed. Some of the restaurant scenes seemed unfinished and sloppy. I felt the frustration of Annie though throughout the scene, so your story telling did not fall flat despite the animation.
And finally, I felt as though the ending didn't fit. I didn't see any morals or any prominent outcome for the characters besides Annie being confused and Glenn running away like a crazy person. I felt the ending broke from their characters and left me asking myself, "What? That's the ending?"
Annie didn't seem happy at all in the end making the kissing scene almost unimportant and contradictory to the entire movie. I was expecting a whimsical ending where Glenn somehow makes up for all of his shenanigans at the restaurant and Annie forgives him, but I was left with what seemed like an unfinished story.
Contrary to everyone else's reviews, most of the music wasn't that bad. I really enjoyed the music in the credits. And in some scenes, the dissonance in the music added to the frustration Annie was feeling.
Overall, I'm glad that you finally released this because it was definitely a long time in the making.

Bobert-Rob responds:

Well, I can assure you the last half wasn't actually rushed, but I suppose I can understand you feeling that way. It was a pretty complicated ending, what with all those crowd shots and all. I'm sorry you felt betrayed by the lack of a moral, really... but I wanted the ending to be more ironic than moral heavy. I mean, she went through all that and all she had to do was cater to what he wanted in the first place. Become a part of his world a bit, you know? That's really the only message I was trying to get across. There are definitely more parts to this story (hence the potential for it to be a series), but who knows if I'll ever be able to fully tell it or not.
I'm glad you enjoyed the music though! You and Oney are probably the only ones who don't outright hate it, hah. I know I enjoy it, mostly the second half. Thanks for watching!

Awesome!

That was hilarious! I loved it! Loved the animation and the style and it was a great story.

Om nom nom

I enjoyed this cartoon mostly for the fact that it's all an inside joke to Siblings fans. I wasn't sure how I felt about it the first time I watched it, but I watched it again and slowly came to liking it. Your animation is definitely improving. The writing was witty and there were a few jokes that I didn't catch the first time, but heard after I watched it a few more times.
As for the camera angles, I felt like some of them were forced, though I did enjoy some of the classic ones from Episode 2 like the plotting scene angles in the closet.
The audio was a lot better. There were still parts when Rob's dialogue was crazy fast and I had to put subtitles on and watch it again, but was overall understandable. Max did a really good job voice acting in this and I enjoyed all of her dialogue. I also enjoyed a much more enthusiastic Johny. All of his dialogue was really awesome.

I'll say it again and say that the strongest part in this movie is the dream sequence. A lot of the fbf work is fantastic and really different to your usual work. It was really awesome seeing two different styles of your animation in one video.

I have one thought though: Max must be a trooper when it comes to staying up to late hours because it must have been like 4 in the morning when Rob finally went to sleep in this!

Also, also, Rob's hand looks REALLY tiny when he steps on the burrito. I know you have small hands, but it's super tiny! Weird!

Bobert-Rob responds:

It's funny, cuz you're the only one who would know about my tiny hands. TALK ABOUT INSIDE JOKES, JEEZ. You seemed pretty certain of how you felt about it when you commented before, nice to know you still like it now. I enjoyed how their lines turned out too. Max and Johny did do pretty good jobs. You know who else did a good job? Oney. Though that's to be expected, right? I'm just glad I let him in on it, my version sucked. And I do talk fast in some of the lines, but in the super fast moments that's kind of the joke. A tired joke, though, so I should probably work on that. Ah well.

Anyway, glad you enjoyed it! You take care of yourself now, you hear? :3

Haha.

You trickster! YOU FOOLED ME! I laughed a lot during the loading bar but, I wish there was an actual animation.

Awesome!

Awww I totally wish I had of known about this. Then, your video would have had a little bit more female in it.
And no...wasn't talking about pressing my tits up against the glass.
Loved it!
